摘　　要：以CH3OH-NH3溶液为溶剂,用费休氏法测定5硝基水杨酸锌中的水分。方法快速,结果准确,对类似有机金属药物中水分的测定有所借鉴。Karl Fischer titration was applied to determine the water in zinc 5-nitrosalicylate, using methanol-ammonia as the solvent. The result showed that it was superior to the normal method. The water content determination has the model to the similar organic metal medicine.
