摘  要:人才流失对电信企业的不利影响较其他行业更为严重,留住人才对于电信企业尤为重要。电信业人才流失更深层次的原因源于员工对自身价值实现的追求,因此靠薪酬留人越来越难,用员工职业生涯设计留住人才是大势所趋,帮助员工做好职业发展规划最终将实现企业与员工的双赢。The bad influence of brain drain to the teleeom enterprises is more serious than to the other industries. To keep the talents is very important, especially to the teleeom enterprises. The deep reason of the brain drain is the staff's pursuing for their own value. So, it becomes more and more difficult to keep the talents by wages. The trend of the times is to design the career for the staff and help them to do the vocational development planning so as to get the mutual benefits for beth the enterprise and the staff.
