妇科手术病人实施舒适护理的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨舒适护理在妇科手术病人中的运用方式。[方法]调查分析200例妇科手术病人在整体护理中运用舒适护理方式，并评价其效果。[结果]200例手术病人均有生理和心理方面的改善，术后随访满意度为99．9％。[结论]舒适护理充实了“以人为本”的整体护理内涵，提高了护理服务质量。Objective. To probe into applying style of comfortable nursing in patients underwent gynecology operation. Methods; A total of 200 cases of patients undergoing gynecology operation were investigated on applied comfortable nursing of holistic nursing care. The applying effect was evaluated as well. Results： All 200 caseses of patients undergoing gynecology operation had improved to soine extent both in mental and in physiological aspects. And the satisfaction degree of patients in postoperative follow-up accounted for 99, 9 %. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing enriches the connotation of holistic nursing that is ＂taken human as center＂, and improves the quality of nursing service.
