摘　　要：临港工业已成为发达国家经济实力的基本栋梁,又促进了国际化大生产方式的形成。依托港口城市加快发展临港工业是实现“以港兴市、以市促港、港城互动”的临港城市经济重要发展战略的保证,是河北省全面奔小康的首要选择。该文从不同的角度论述了加快河北省临港工业发展的必要性和重要性。Facing-port industry has become the basic pillar of economic strength in developed countries and promoted the formation of international production. Relying on the port and speeding up the development facingport industry are the guarantee which can realize the economic development strategy of facing-port city in such way as ＂using port to boom city, using city to promote port and getting profits each other between port and city ＂. At the same time, it is the priority of realizing well-off society in Hebei province, This article discusses the necessity and importance of speeding up the development of facing-port industry in Hebei province,
