高效液相色谱法测定水中硝基苯含量

摘　　要：采用反向高效液相色谱系统，建立了分析水中硝基苯含量的方法。方法采用C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），甲醇：水：乙酸（70：29：1）为流动相，流速1．0mL·min^-1，262nm为检测波长。结果表明，该方法准确、快速，回收率为99．0％～103．2％，相对偏差小于2．0％，线性范围0．0116—29mg·L^-1，用上述方法分析实际水样结果令人满意。A exact and rapid method was developed for the content of nitrobenzene in water with RE- HPLC.RE- HPLE system consists of C18 column （ 250mm×4.6mm,5μm）, methanol - water - acetic acid （ 70 ： 29 ： 1 ） mixture as mobile phase with detection at 262 nm and flow rate 1.0mL· min^-1. The recover of nitrobenzene is 97.0% - 103.4 %, and the relative standard is less than 2.0 %. The linear range of the method is 0.0116 - 29.0mL·min^-1. The results for the aralysis of samples are satisfactory.
