洗涤剂用4A沸石晶体生长过程的研究

摘　　要：用透射电子显微镜研究了洗涤剂用4A沸石晶体生长过程,随着桨化、晶化、老化条件的变化,4A沸石颗粒形状及颗粒粒度分布也发生变化。研究表明,以(NaPO3)6作分散介质,经超声分散,4A沸石晶粒能有效地被分散。4A沸石的结晶度、颗粒组成、颗粒粒度分布,对钙交换量及交换速度有重要影响。This paper investigated crystals of 4A zeolite＇ growth process by transmission electron microscope.The results showed that oarization, crystalline, ageing conditions can change grain shape and grain size distribution of 4A zeolite.The research showed that crystals of 4A zeolite a0n be dispersed with dispersant （NaPO3）6 and crystallinity, particle form,particle size distribution of 4A zeolite have effect on calcium exchange capacity.
