摘  要:中海名都高层住宅是一结构布置较为复杂的高层建筑。其特点是:底部1-3层是具有落地核心筒的大空间结构,上部4-33层为由四个剪力墙筒单元和作为楼电梯间的剪力墙核心筒组成的剪力墙结构,四个剪力墙筒单元与核心筒由局部楼板连接,上下部通过三层顶的梁式转换层衔接成为整体。作者设计了一个1:20的结构模型,并对其进行了多种地震动的26种工况下的振动台试验,获得了充分的动力反应信号数据,从结构的宏观整体动力反应和预期地震作用下的受力特点的角度,给出了模型结构的自振特性和输入波下的动力反应,得出了一些有益的结果。试验研究表明,该结构在设防烈度所对应的地震作用下具有良好的抗震性能,在大震作用下仍具有良好的工作能力;中间核心筒和四个剪力墙单元在整个试验过程中具有良好的整体工作能力,并没有出现不稳定的现象。The paper deals with a complex high-rise residential building, whose name is Zhonghai Celebrated estate. A large bay structure with core tube is on the three lowest stories and from 4 to 33 story is the shear wall structure that is composed of four shear wall tube elements and shear wall core tube acting as the lift block. Four shear wall tube elements and the core tube is connected by local floor slab. The first three stories and upper part is connected as a whole part by girder-transfer story on the top of the third story. In order to collect sufficient dynamic re- sponse signal data, a 1 : 20 scale model of the high-rise building was made and tested on the shaking table under the action of 26 different earthquake ground motions. Based on the macroscopic dynamic response of the entire structure and the structural characteristics when subjected to expected earthquake action, the natural vibration characteristics and the dynamic responses of the model under the action of inputting ground motions are obtained. The test results demonstrates that the structure could meet the aseismic defence requirements and even under the condition of the seismic seldom intensity it still works effectively. The core tube and four shear wall tube elements have good seismic performance and remain stable all through the test.
