摘 要:为了降低成纱条干CV,在纺纱各工序应用了系统纺纱工艺原理。认为原料是纺纱质量的前提,设备服从于工艺,工艺服从于质量。在开清棉工序要精细抓棉,以梳代打;在梳棉工序要合理配置梳棉工艺;精梳工序采用后退式给棉;并条工序要合理配置并合和牵伸;粗纱工序要控制张力;细纱工序要控制牵伸区纤维的运动并确定适当的牵伸倍数。从而使改前改后的条干CV普遍降低1个百分点以上。Principle of system spinning processing was applied in each process to reduce yarn evenness CV, materials is the base of yarn quality, and processing can decide the equipment, and quality can also decide processing. Careful picking & carding instead of beating should be adopted in opening and cleaning process, carding processing should be configured reasonably in carding process, back feeding should be adopted in combing process, joining and draft should be configured reasonably in drawing process, tension should be controlled in roving process, the movement of fibers in draft zone should be controlled & suitable draft multiple should be guaranteed in spinning process. After the innovation, yarn evenness CV can reduce at least 1 percentage poinl.
