摘　　要：在THEMA 11E型剑杆织机上生产Modal贡缎品种时,为了提高织造效率,通过检查筒子质量、储纬器运转是否良好、选纬指调节是否准确、停经架和综框高度设置是否合理等措施,使织造效率由83.2%提高到90.25%;为了提高产品质量,通过改变边组织、调整梭口闭合时间、调节张力片张力等措施,使入库一等品率达98.8%。To enhance weaving efficiency, cheese quality, operation condition of weft accumulator, the veracity of weft selector and the rationality of stop fi＇ame height and heddle height were ehecked in producing Modal satin drill in THEMA 11E rapier loom. Through these measures, weaving efficiency can be enhanced from 83.2% to 90.25%. To enhance product quality, measures of changing selvage stitch, adjusting shed closing time and tension bar were done, and the first grade rate in storage can reach to 98.8%.
