摘　　要：浅谈了建筑外保温技术的发展现状及其技术优势，同时也分析了外保温技术存在的问题，并从建筑构造、施工工艺、建筑材料的选择等方面提出了外保温技术控制的措施。This article introduces some advantages and developments of the technique, also Points out some existent problems in the technology. Furthermore, this text provides some technical measures from the building construct, the construction craft, the building materials choosing etc.
