准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术后患者遵医行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(Laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)后患者遵医行为及其影响因素以及遵医行为与患者术后自我满意度的关系。方法采用自行设计对LASIK后遵医行为调查问卷300例患者进行调查,并结合其术后1年门诊病历复查资料进行统计分析。结果LASIK后患者遵医行为与其性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、地域相关;同时患者的遵医行为与LASIK后患者自我满意度、术后疗效成正相关。结论LASIK后患者遵医行为在不同的人群中存在差异,改善患者术后遵医行为,提高遵医率可避免术后严重并发症的发生,使手术达到更加满意的效果。Objective To investigate the patient＇s compliance behaviors after the treatment of laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） and the related factors as well as the relationship between the patient＇s compliance behaviors and self-satisfactory level. Methods 300 patients were investigated by self-designed compliance behavior questionnaire after LASIK, then the data was combined with the re-examination medicalrecords to be analyzed. Results The patient＇s compliance behaviors after LASIK was relative with their gender, age, occupation, education and living area. There was positive correlation between compliance behaviors and the patient＇s self-satisfactory level as well as curative effect after the operation. Conclusions There is difference in compliance behaviors among different patients after LASIK. To improve the patient＇s compliance behaviors after LASIK can avoid the serious complications and make the operation effect be more satisfactory.
