摘  要:近年来,水刺技术有了新发展,主要体现在原料、流程与设备等方面。文章介绍了利用水刺技术对不同材料进行复合的情况,水刺技术与其它成网方法结合加工复合非织造布的情况,以及复合后产品具有的优越性能,指出了水刺非织造布技术的广阔发展前景。Recently, spunlacing technology has made further progress in terms of raw material variety, process and equipment. Efforts have been made to introducing novel natural fibers, micro fibers and differential fibers into spunlaced nonwoven production, while spunlacing technology is adopted in the process for making nonwoven composites. This has enlarged the product range and opened wider application field for spunlaced nonwovens beyond the traditional medical and artificial leather applications. The method for making nonwoven composites based on spunlacing technology is described in this paper: layers formed by different web forming methods are bonded together by spunlacing technology. The properties of the resultant nonwoven composites are also introduced, which show the potential of spunlacing technology.
