鸦胆子与补骨脂对大鼠肺孢子虫肺炎防治作用

摘　　要：目的探讨鸦胆子与补骨脂对大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎的防治作用。方法建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎大鼠动物模型,用中药鸦胆子与补骨脂合剂治疗患病大鼠,通过病原检测、病理学观察及血清中检测肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)指标的变化,探讨其防治作用。结果鸦胆子和补骨脂合剂治疗组大鼠虫体数目明显减少或消失;病变的肺组织炎症减轻或修复;血清中TNF-α指标值较阳性对照组患病大鼠升高。结论鸦胆子和补骨脂对大鼠卡氏肺孢子虫性肺炎具有较好的防治效果。Objective To study effect of killing cysts and prophylaxis and treatment of brucea javanica and fructus psoraleae on rats with pneumocystis carinii pneumonia（PCP）. Methods PCP animal models were established by hypodermic injection of dexamethasone in rats, and treated with the mixture of brucea javanica and fructus psoraleae. To explore the effect of killing cysts, prophylaxis and treatment of brucea javanica and fructus psoraleae on the disease rats by the changes of TNF- αthe serum, the mean cyst number per field in lung print smear and the pathological changes. Results The damaged lung was lighten and repaired significantly, and cyst reduction was showed in the treatment group. The increase of TNF- αin the serum were more than the positive control group respectively. Conclusion There is a significant effect of restraining and killing cysts with brucea iavanica and fructus Dsoraleae.
