摘　　要：总结近几年来有关报道谷维素的不良反应,发现不仅仅局限在以往认为的胃部不适、恶心、呕吐、口干、皮疹、皮痒、乳房胀痛、油脂分泌过多、脱发、体重增加等反应,而还可致锥体外系反应、面部肿胀及双下肢水肿、尿频、刺激性干咳和阴道流血等。在谷维素广泛应用的今天,以警示临床医师要认真询问用药史,如使用谷维素时一但出现上述症状,排除了其他原因,应想到谷维素的不良反应,以及时处理,将不良反应降低到最低限度。Through summarizing the reports about oryzanol in recent years, w found that its adverse includes not only many phenomena attracted our attention in the past such as stomach disoomfort, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, skin eruption, skin tickle, sporgosis, hypersecretion of lips, alopecia, weight gain and so on, but also many other adverse reactions such as extracorticospinal tract, facial edema, legs edema, frequent micturition, irritable cough and colporrhagia. Nowadays oryzanol is wildly used in clinical therapy, it is necessary for physicians to notice its adverse reactions, when such symptoms appear, physicians should be able to confirm whether it is caused by oryzanol, and then give correct treatment instantly and lower the adverse reaction to its minimum.
