秋用蚕品种芳山×星·明的选育

摘　　要：用杂交育种系统选择法育成了中系品种芳山和日系品种星光.并应用杂种优势的原理,先将星光与科明(本所1980年育成)组成日系杂交原种星·明,再与芳山组配成三元杂交种芳山×星·明.本品种具有抗性强、稳产、茧丝质优良、原蚕好养、繁育系数高等优点,根据浙江5个基点的试繁,芳山×垦·明的万蚕茧层量、解舒丝长,分别比对照品种浙农1号×苏12高16.18%、17.06%.该品种净度为93.36分.适于长江流域夏秋期饲养.Chinese race 'Fangshan' and Japanese race 'Xing · Ming' which is made of 'Xingguang' and 'Kerning' according to hctcrosis theory have been respectively bred with cross breeding and pedigree selection. Then a new three-way hybrid ' Fangshan × Xing · Ming' has been combined. And this breed has the characters of' high resistance, stable yield, good cocoon, excellent filament and easy reproduction ctc. According to the tests in five egg prduclion farms in Zhejiang Province, the cocoon shell weight per 10000 silkworms and reelability filcment length of 'Fangshan × Xing · Ming' , whose neatness is about 93.36, are 16.18% and 17.06% higher than those of 'Zhcnong 1 × Su 12' respectively. Therefore, 'Fangshan × Xing ·Ming' is an ideal race for autumn rearing in Changjiang River Valley.
