摘　　要：综述了昆虫细胞培养基的现状和发展、无血清培养基的开发、昆虫细胞系的建立以及昆虫细胞在生物农药和重组蛋白中的应用.Development of insect cell culture media and serum -free media,establishment of insect cell lines and applications of insect cell culture for production of biopesticides and expression of recombinant proteins in genetic engineering were reviewed in this paper.
