摘　　要：自然灾害和工程灾害构成了灾害的主体,灾变环境的危险性要求将灾变监测成本和危害降到最低,自动监测和数据的自动采集成为最主要的方法和手段,文章探讨在“3S”技术支持下自动监测数据采集和自动监测系统的构建技术.There are two main disasters： natural disasters and engineering disasters. The fatalness of the disasters requires minimum monitoring cost and harm. So the main means are auto - inspecting and data auto- collection. Based on ＂3S＇, the data auto-collection and the constitution of auto-inspecting system are discussed in this paper.
