三眠蚕诱导剂在蚕种生产上应用的研究——Ⅱ.不同品种原蚕诱导及其三眠种的试制

摘　　要：三眠蚕诱导效果与蚕品种的食性有关.一般多化种高于二化种,中国种高于日本种.三眠种的每蛾产卵数减少10%,但是不产卵蛾区和少产卵蛾区很少,因此产卵效率高.由于原蚕三眠化可以提高生命率,对于难饲养的蚕品种的保存有利.蚕种生产上应用三眠蚕诱导剂可以节省制种劳力,节约用桑,减少原蚕发病,提高单位用桑量的产卵数.三眠种下代在农村饲养,各种经济性状与四眠种无差异.Inductive effects of trimolting silkworms were related to the feeding habits of silkworm races. In general, the effects on multivoltinc and Chinese races were better than on bivoltine and Japanese races respectively. The layings per trimolting moth decreased by 10%, but the egg laying efficiency increased because the vacuum egg batches and sparse batches rarely occured. We found that the viability of trimolting silkworm was higher than that of normal one, which is in favor of the variety preservation, especially those varieties reared difficultly. Application of trimoltcr induccr on egg raising have several advantages, such as saving labor, lowering mulberry leaf consumption, dropping incidence of silkworm diseases and raising egg yields per unit leaf consumption. There were no obvious differences in economic characters between trimolting moth's offsprings and normal ones in rural commercial rearing.
