摘　　要：高校中层干部不仅在学校的发展、壮大、稳定过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,而且在培养社会主义事业接班人的过程中所扮演的角色更为重要,它涉及到我国教育目的实现和国家的未来政权的稳定,他们的素质状况将直接影响其作用的发挥,因此我们有必要努力提高他们的综合素质。Middle-level rankings play an important role not only in the process of their school＇s development,grandness and stabilization, but also in the course to cultivate the successor of our socialism. It comes down to the realization of the aim of education and the stability of regime in the future. Their quality will directly affect its exertion. Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen their synthesis quality.
