摘　　要：关于昭示现行科研评价弊端的报道,倍受社会的广泛关注,在理论角度探索其自引的机理,挖掘深层的原因尤为重要。本文在相关自引分析的基础上,提出了综合运用文献自引的测度指标、划分合理自引与过度自引、加强学者的科学道德建设、建立合理的考核机制等对策建议。The report about revealing the fault of appreciating current scientific research is especially concemed widely. The essay is very important to discover the main reason and also the mechanism of self- index from theory. On the base of relevant self- index, it given a good suggestion for how to use the measure target of literature self- index, differ reasonable self- index from excess one, scientific virtue construction of scholar should be strengthened, and establish reasonable testing mechanism, etc.
