摘　　要：在测控领域,一般的测试仪器因结构、价格等因素,象PC一样接入互联网将测控信息进行传递存在困难．如果利用现有 PC资源,一方面把它当成测控主机,另一方面利用它现有的网络接口,组成一个广城测控监视管理系统,实现起来将变得容易．提出基于PC的网络洲控方案,就该方案的系统构成、模块结构、软件功能等方面进行论述．In measuring and monitoring area, no general instruments are as convenient as PC to interface with Internet for the reason of structure and price. In this paper, a new sohtion of Field-PC-based measuring and monitoring network is proposed. The Field PC acts as two-functional intelligent measuring machine and network communication machine. The system configuration, hard-modular and soft modular are stated.
