摘　　要：我国综合性大学培养体育教育专业人才一定要发挥自身的优势,构建人才教育培养模式,以别于体育学院和师范院校体育系．要更新教学理念,注重学生人文素质的提高,加强教学和实践的融合,办出自己的教育特色,以适应社会需求．The cultivation of physical education （PE） specialists in the university should exploit its own advantages to foster training mode for PE specialists in a distinct way from PE colleges or PE departments at college. PE training concept should be upgraded, students＇ humane quality should be enhanced, and practices should be boosted so as to cultivate the university＇s own special features to cater to the changing social requirements.
