对乙酸乙酯生产设备与工艺的改造

摘　　要：针对影响乙酸乙酯产量及质量的因素，对原生产设备及部分工艺进行了技术改造和合理调整，实现节能４０％，生产能力增加了４０％．设备能力增加了１００％，产品的优级品率提高到８０％强，产品的一级品率提高了４００％强。It is aimed at the influence on the factors of production and quantity of ethyl acetate, the original equipments and a part of the processes are reformed technologically and regulated reasollably. It can be realized that the energy saving 40%; the production capacity increasing 40%;the equip capacity increasing 100%; the high-class of products increasing over to 80%; and the firstrate of products increasing more than 400%.
