摘　　要：浙江省欠发达地区如何实现跨越式发展,把欠发达地区培育成浙江省新的经济增长点,确保欠发达地区和全省同步实现现代化,已经成为一个迫切的、亟待解决的现实问题。统筹城乡发展与生态环境优化整合是欠发达地区跨越式发展的必由之路。It has been an urgent and realistic problem, for the underdeveloped districts in Zhejiang province to make great strides in development, to cultivate them as the new economical growth points in our province and to ensure them to realize modernization synchronously with the entire province. Planning the development of city and countryside and optimizing and combining the ecological environment will be the necessary way for those districts to take.
