摘　　要：数字图书馆是基于Internet/web的信息管理系统,是国家信息基础设施的核心.在以数字的形式向用户提供信息服务与共享的同时,在数据库建设、数字图书版权的管理等方面存在一些缺陷或不足.The digital library, an information managing system based on the Internet/web, is a key part of the national infrastructure for information. There are defects in the construction of database and management of the copyright of the digital books in the digital library when it provides digital service for customers.
