摘　　要：分析了网络环境下信息服务的特点,以及加强信息开发的三种途径,最后提出了以读者需求为中心,以现代技术为依托,以服务地方经济为发展方向的信息服务新举措.This essay analyzed the characteristics of information service under the condition of network and the three approaches to strengthening information development. At last, the essay promoted some new measures of information service which centered on readers requirements, depended on mordern technology and considered servicing local economy as the developing direction.
