摘 要:目的:观察大鼠前庭神经核群向动眼神经核的投射纤维特征。方法:实验于1997年在青岛大学医学院解剖教研室实验室进行。选择6~8周龄SD大鼠20只,将辣根过氧化物酶注射到大鼠的动眼神经核,其中5只注射0.01μL其余15只注射0.05μL。经过48h的逆行轴突运输后用组织化学的方法在脑干中显示被标记的神经元。按实际注射结果将20只大鼠分为6组:①辣根过氧化酶注射到动眼神经核的外侧,没有累及动眼神经核及内侧纵束。②注射到动眼神经核的外部累及内侧纵束和动眼神经核的少部分。③注射部分靠近中线影响双侧动眼神经核。④注射部位在动眼神经核的背侧,没有影响动眼神经核的腹侧。⑤以动眼神经核为中心辣根过氧化物酶的吸收区在它的边界以外。⑥注射部位在动眼神经核胞体部分的中心,推测有效吸收区完全在动眼神经核胞体部分边界内。观察各组及不同剂量的实验动物的标记细胞分布和神经纤维走行。结果:20只大鼠进入结果分析。前庭神经上核、内侧核、下核、外侧核及Y核、膝上核和膝旁核都有标记细胞。上核在前庭神经核的最吻端,主要在同侧标记,多数为中小型细胞;内侧核、下核双侧标记,但以对侧标记为主,两核吻侧形成一体,内侧核标记细胞密集,由中小型神经元组成,下核标记细胞稍大,比较分散;外侧核双侧有少量标记标记细胞;膝上核、膝旁核在注射对侧有明显的标记细胞,并同展神经核核间神经元相连续,环绕面膝形成庞大的神经纤维束进入对侧内侧纵束,在展神经核尾侧200μm仍可以看到前庭神经核群发出的交叉纤维。结论:大鼠前庭神经核发出纤维投向动眼神经核,前庭神经内侧核、部分前庭神经下核主要投射向动眼神经核内直肌亚核,推测这部分纤维和双眼协同运动有关。AIM: To observe the characteristics of projection fibers from vestibular nucleus to oculomotor nucleus (OMN) in rats. METHODS: The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Anatomy, Medical College of Qingdao University in 1997. Twenty SD rats aged 6-8 weeks old were selected, The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) was injected into the OMN of rats, 5 of which were injected of 0.01 μL, and the other 15 ones were injected of 0.05 μL. After 48-hour of retrograde axonal transport, the labeled cells in brain stem were demonstrated with histochemical method, and 20 rats were divided into 6 groups according to the actual injection results:①The OMN and medial longitudinal fasciculus were not involved by the injection of HRP in the extra-lateral of OMN. ②Injection in exterior OMN affected little parts of medial longitudinal fasciculus and OMN.③Injection near the median line affected bilateral OMN.④Injection on the dorsal parts of OMN did not affect the ventral parts of OMN. ⑤The absorption area of HRP was outside the boundary of OMN. ⑥Injection in OMN cell body centers, and it was assumed that the effective absorption area was completely inside the OMN boundary. The distribution of labeled cells and the nerve fiber trend of experimental animals in all groups at different dose were observed. RESULTS: A total of 20 rats were involved in the analysis of results. The labeled cells could be seen in superior vestibular nucleus, medial vestibular nucleus, inferior nucleus, lateral nucleus, cell group Y , supergenual nucleus and paragenual nucleus. The superior nucleus was in the rostral side of vestibular nucleus,which was mainly labeled ipsilaterally, and most of them were middle and small cells. The labeled cells clustered densely in medial nucleus, which was constituted of middle and small neurons. The labeled cells of inferior nucleus were slightly bigger and scattered. A small number of labeled cells could be seen in bilateral sides of lateral nucleus. There were evident labeled cells of nucleus
