摘 要:作为内燃机中重要的部件之一,形状复杂的曲轴承受着大小与方向周期性变化的激振力,在工作过程中曲轴将产生弯扭耦合的振动力学现象,因此,深入开展内燃机曲轴系统动力学特性研究具有较高的理论价值和重要的实际意义.以单缸柴油机为例,对曲轴轴心在气缸扭转力矩的作用下的轨迹进行了仿真,得到了轴心的响应曲线,并对其结果进行了分析.结果表明:数值计算结果与解析分析结果有较好的一致性.As the most important part of internal - combustion engine, crankshaft has complicated shape and structure bear tangential and normal force whose magnitude and orientation are variable periodically. Crankshaft system appears complicated dynamic phenomena in its operation, such as coupled lateral - torsional vibration. Therefore, the in - depth research of dynamic characteristics of crankshaft system is of both theoretical and practical importance. The locus of crankshaft, which is acted by torsion moment, is simulated. The response curve of crankshaft is obtained, and further investigation is made on the results. The results are in more reasonable agreement with the analytic solutions.
