摘　　要：胎儿监护是保障围产期产妇和胎儿安全,实现优生优育的重要手段。智能胎儿监护是根据监护指标分析胎儿健康状况,自动采取相应措施的监护方式。介绍了采用自带24位A/D转换器的MSC1210微处理器为核心器件,小波分析算法处理数据为技术关键,并通过比较分析监护指标,利用报警、界面提示和启动声振器方式来提醒和自动采取相应措施的智能电脑胎儿监护系统。临床实验表明:该系统具有较高的检测精度、较好的实时性和精确、友好的智能控制。The Fetal monitor is one important means of protecting the pregnant woman and the fetal, and It is importance to promote good prenatal and postnatal care .The Intelligent System for the Fetal Monitor is a manner of analyzing the fetal health and adopting the manipulative measure by the monitoring parameters through the labeled figure and the warning and sonic vibrator, the Intelligent Computer System detected the monitoring parameters through MSC1210 sampling and communicate ,and the fetal heart rate was detected through the coifs wavelet transform and double thresholds. In practical use and experiments, the system has shows its high precision and real-time and intelligence.
