摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种应用DeviceNet现场总线的污水处理监控系统的构成、硬件软件系统、监控系统功能等。系统包括开关柜、PLC控制柜、模拟屏、计算机、本地控制箱和各类传感器。系统主站采用OMRON C200HE系列PLC为核心元件，通过CompoBus／D（一种DeviceNet）网络与从站进行数据交换。上位机监控软件采用太力公司的Synall 2000系列，针对系统的工艺要求进行二次开发。This paper mainly presents the structure of a sewage treatment monitor control system applied DeviceNet field bus, including constitution of the system, hardware and software systems, and its functions, etc, The system includes switch cabinets, PLC control cabinets, simulation pannel, computers, local control box and sensors, The designer chooses OMRON C200HE series PLC as the core of the system main station, which is exchanging data with slave stations through CompoBus/D net （a kind of DeviceNet）, The monitor control software is Synall 2000 series developed by Taili Company and the designers make secondary development according to the technological requirements.
