摘 要:采用双马来酰亚胺/二烯丙基苯基化合物改性TDE-85环氧/MNA酸酐体系,获得了适于树脂传递模塑(RTM)成型的高性能复合材料树脂基体。运用粘度曲线、凝胶特性曲线和差热分析对树脂的工艺性进行了研究。结果表明,树脂的注射温度为60℃,此时粘度只有0.24Pa·s,工作期大于12h。固化树脂的热变形温度为224℃,室温及150℃下弯曲强度分别为124MPa、73MPa,冲击强度为11.3kJ/m2,文中同时介绍了玻璃布复合材料的性能。A new resin system suitable for resin transfer molding(RTM) has been developed for the manufacture of high performance compositesin aerospace application.It was prepared by using bismaleimide/ diallyl bisphenol compound to modify TDE-85 epoxy/ nadic anhydride. The processing properties of the resin were investigated by viscosity profiles, gel characteristics and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Data show that the injection temperature of the resin is 60℃,while the viscosity is only 0.24 Pa·s at that temperature and the pot life at 60℃ is more than 12h. The heat distortion temperature of the cured resin is 224℃,flexural strengths at room temperature and 150℃ are 124 and 73 MPa, respectively, and impact strength is 11.3 kJ/m 2, The properties of glass frabic reinforced composite are also discussed.
