摘  要:为了对PZT材料合成机理进行研究,本文用液相包裹法对同一组成的PZT配方,以二组不同的活性中间体与液相组分进行了前驱体的制备.初步揭示了它们的合成过程及机理,并与团相法相比较,解释了液相包裹法合成温度低于固相法的原因,提出了在制备功能陶瓷粉体时,应选择化学活性接近的原料相匹配,以合成制得纯净的单一相的观点.To study the mechanism of PZT powder synthesis, two kinds of precursors with the same PZT composition were prepared by means of liquid-phase coating method starting with two kinds of liquid phases and intermediate solid phases with different reaction activities. The reaction process and synthesis mechanism were revealed preliminarily and the reasons that synthesis temperature for this method is lower than that for solid phase method were also explained. It was pointed out that the starting materials with close chemical activities should be used in order to obtain single phase materials.
