摘 要:本文介绍了一种汞盐可逆光色涂层.该涂层强烈吸收紫外线,具有变色快、复色慢的特点.在基本吸收边520nm处,紫外辐照前后涂层的吸收光谱和反射光谱本身及其相对变化都发生明显的转折.涂层的颜色座标x和y随辐照剂量增大或涂层厚度增加而减小,但很快趋于稳定.相同的总紫外辐照剂量产生相同的颜色变化,表明这种涂层遵循互易性定律.室温下的复色速度很慢.升高温度会大大加快复色速度.70°C水中,复色只要10s.该涂层硬度好.在酸、碱、盐溶液中十分稳定.The optical properties of a recoverable mercury salt photochromic paint were studied. The e-cper. imental results showed that the paint absorbed ultraviolet radiation strongly, its color changed quickly and recovered sloWly. The absorption spectra and reflection spectra turned abruptly at the fundamental absorption edge of doped-HgI2, 520urn, before and after UV-irradiation. The trichromatic coefficients x and y decreased with the increase of UV- irradiation dose and the thickness of the paints, and quickly became stable. The color changes followed reciprocity law, that is t the equivalent UV-dose produced the same change in color. The speed of recovery at room tempperature was very slow. The increase in temperature greatly increased the speed of recovery. The recovery time in the water at 70°C was 10s only.The paint was hard and very stable in water, alkali, acid and salt.
