摘 要:用5种聚合物多元醇为原料,合成出一系列水性聚氨酯(PU)复合胶,探讨了水性PU复合胶对CPP镀铝膜、PET镀铝膜、PE等复合薄膜剥离强度的影响,同时还分析了硬段含量、固体含量、外加溶剂对剥离强度和干燥速度的影响。结果表明,用聚酯多元醇合成的水性PU复合胶对镀铝膜具有较好的粘接性能,28%硬段含量和40%固体含量水性PU复合胶,使镀铝膜具有较好的剥离强度和外观,添加少量醇溶剂能加速水性复合胶水分蒸发,满足工业化快速生产的要求。A series of waterborne polyurethane adhesives were synthesized by means of five polymer polyatomic alcohol. The peeling strength of vacuum aluminum laminated films ofVMCPP, VMPET, PE for waterborne polyurethane adhesives were investigated, at the same time, the effect on peeling strength and drying speed of hard - chain content, solid content and adding solvent were analyzed. The results showed that waterborne polyurethane adhesives synthesized by polyester polyatomic alcohol had good adhesives properties on vacuum aluminum laminated films; 28 percent hard - chain content and 40 percent solid content waterborne polyurethane adhesives had good peeling strength and exterior on vacuum aluminum laminated films; a small amount of alcohol solvent can speed water evaporation of adhesives, and satisfy the needs of industries high - speed production.
