新型四层瓦楞纸板的性能研究

摘　　要：研究了几种新型四层瓦楞纸板结构,并将四层瓦楞纸板和五层瓦楞纸板的平压强度、边压强度等几种强度进行了性能比较,最后得到新型四层瓦楞纸板的主要特点是:比按以往工艺生产出来的五层普通瓦楞纸板的厚度要薄,节省了夹芯纸的用量,降低了瓦楞纸板的成本,而且强度高,对制作成品纸箱、纸盒提供了高强度的优良新型结构。The new - style four - layer corrugated board structure was discussed. Several kinds of corrugated boards intersecting in different angles were studied to see if the four - sheet corrugated board can replace the five - sheet corrugated board in different circumstances. The main characteristics of this four - layer include： thinner than five -sheet corrugated board produced through the processing before, saving the us- age of the filler board, lower the cost of the corrugated board, higher intensity, and convenient for the making of boxes and cartons. So nowadays it is a good new - style corrugated board structure of lower consumption, higher intensity.
