摘　　要：文章论述了我国图书馆观念自清末至21世纪初的发展变化。指出各个时期图书馆观念的主要特征。The article discusses the change and the development of the library ideas in our country from last years of the Qing Dynasty to the early years of 21^st, century and points out main characteristics of library ideas in the each period.
