摘　　要：图书馆开展个性化服务是大势所趋。其中个性化资源的建设是开展个性化服务的基础和保障。文章论述了个性化服务背景,个性化服务信息资源的组织模式、个性化服务的技术资源和个性化服务的人力资源。It has been the trend for libraries to provide customized service. Among other issues, the construction of customized resources provides the basis and safeguard for customized service. The article discusses the context of customized service, the organizational model of customized service resource construction, technical resources of customized service, and human resources of customized service.
