摘 要:通过试验得到了铬回收率与配铝系数及单位炉料热效应的关系;同时得到了产品中Fe,Si,Al等主要杂质元素与配铝系数的关系,并建立了数学模型。应用这个数学模型,采用平均品位只有82.85%的三氧化二铬(远低于前人提出≥94%的要求),冶炼出符合GB3211-87JCr98.5A标准的金属铬产品,铬的平均收率为85.44%。On the basis of the experimental results, the relation between the efficiency of recovering element chromium and proportion of metal aluminium in material and the energy sent out by every kilogram material was found out, At the same time, the relation between the contents of element Fe, Si, Al in the product and the proportion of metal aluminium in material was obtained. Then the mathematic model was established. According to this model and using the material containing 82. 85%Cr_2O_3 (average value, it is far below 94% which is required before), the metal chromium was smelted. The average efficiency of recovering element Cr is 85. 44%.
