摘　　要：通过分析铁路货运安全监察体系的现状,指出在管理机制、检查手段、信息化以及分工布局等方面存在的不足,研究借鉴国外铁路安全监督的管理经验,提出了构建货运安全监察系统的构想,并分析其可行性。Through analyzing the situation of the surveillance system on railway freight transportationsafety, the essay points out the weakness existing in the management system, inspection method,informationization,cooperation & allocation of the surveillance system; the essay also studies the manage-ment experiences on safety surveillance of foreign railways, and then puts forward the idea of establishingsurveillance system for freight transportation safety, and analyzes the feasibility of such idea.
