摘　　要：根据国内外热风炉的状况,提出了我国高风温长寿热风炉的设计目标:风温1250℃,寿命25～30年。为了实现此目标,应该做好如下工作:开发新型高效格子砖;注意防止晶间应力腐蚀;对于耐火材料在严格蠕变要求的同时应增加热稳定性的要求;改进热风管道系统的设计;设置功能完善的自动控制系统。Based on the actual conditions of hot air stoves home and abroad, the author states the design target of high temperature and long campaign hot air stoves in China： air temperature： 1250℃ , campaign： 25 -30 years. To realize such a target, the author thinks following works are essential： developing new type and highly efficient checkered bricks; preventing intergranular stress corrosion; increasing heat stability of refractory in addition to more strict requirement for creep deformation; reforming the design of hot air pipeline system; adopting automation system with complete functions.
