摘 要:研究粉末沸石改善膜过滤性能以及提高有机物和氨氮去除效果。粉末天然沸石通过改性,降低Zeta电位,强化有机物的吸附,从而有效地提高膜过滤通量和有机物和氨氮的去除效果。通过对膜表面的红外光谱检测和电镜扫描观察,粉末沸石防止膜污染的关键是在膜表面形成"保护层",它能有效地减少有机物在膜表面的沉积。The effect of powdered zeolite on improvement of membrane filtration performance and removal of organic substances and ammonia-nitrogen were studied. Powdered zeolite by modification decreased Zeta potential and enhanced adsorption of organic substances, thus increasing filtration flux and removal of organics and ammonia-nitrogen. By means of measurement of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR)and scanning electron microscope (SEM)images for membrane surface, it was found that the key for preventing membrane from fouling by powdered zeolite was the so called "protection layer" formed on membrane surface, which could decrease amount of organics deposited on membrane surface.
