摘 要:利用LLMO生物制剂的生物强化技术与传统的活性污泥法相结合的方式对酵母废水进行处理,试验结果表明,投加LLMO生物制剂处理后,废水SCOD、NH3-N和SS明显降低,废水的臭味消失,剩余污泥量也减少了25%~40%。当曝气系统进水SCOD在2500~3000mg/L时,经过投加LLMO菌剂处理后,出水SCOD低于1300mg/L,去除率大于50%,进水NH3-N在100~200mg/L时,出水NH3-N低于15mg/L,去除率大于90%,达到国家排放标准,大大节省了后续物化处理的费用。The fermentation wastewater was treated by integration of LLMO microorganism preparation with the traditional activated sludge process and the following results were achieved; after dosing LLMO biological preparation, COD, NH3-N and SS in the wastewater obviously lowered; odour of the wastewater disappeared; residual sludge quantity decreased by 25%~40%. When influent COD in an aeration system was within 2500~3000mg/L and after dosing LLMO preparation, effluent COD was lower than 1300mg/L, and removal rate was greater than 50%; when influent NH3-N was within 100~200mg/L, effluent NH3-N was lower than 15mg/L and removal rate was greater than 90%, reaching the national discharging standard and greatly saving the expenses of follow-up treatment.
