摘　　要：设计的电动液压源是集电机、液压泵、油箱及控制阀为一体的独立的液压动力系统,电源由主机电瓶提供,电压24V,不需要发动机带动,也不需要从主机的液压油箱引出压力油,只与主机电瓶相连。将电动液压源安装于摊铺机,通过按钮开关控制液压缸,实现摊铺机的驾驶棚、柴油机罩的自动升降,体现了人性化的设计,使摊铺机操作更为方便,减轻操作人员的劳动强度。The designed electro-hydraulic power source is an independent hydraulic/electric system integrating electric motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank and control valve. Electric power source is supplied by 24V batteries, not requiring engine drive nor requiring priming hydraulic oil from oil tank of the basic machine. With the electro-hydraulic power source mounted on the paver, automatic lifting of canopy and engine hood is executed by controlling the hydraulic cylinder via a push button and ergonomic design is realized so that operation of the paver is easier and labor strength of the operator is reduced.
