摘　　要：结合企业涂装生产线技术改造后采用的零部件涂装工艺与设备,阐述了适合工程机械零部件涂装的工艺与设备,给出了相应的工艺参数与涂装设备的技术指标,为提高工程机械产品的涂装工艺水平和涂装生产线的技术改造提供了有益的借鉴。Coating process and equipment suitable for construction machinery parts and components are elaborated in association to parts and components coating equipment adopted after technical reform of coating production line of the enterprise. Related process parameters and technical indexes of coating equipment are given thus providing a beneficial reference for raising coating process level and technical reform of coating production line.
