摘  要:目的 研究铁皮枫斗颗粒(DCWD)对放射损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法 BALB/c小鼠125只,随机分为正常对照组、单纯照射组及DCWD大、中、小剂量组。采用直线加速器6mV X射线8.0Gy或5.0Gy全身单次均匀照射,照前连续灌胃10d,每天1次,照后继续给药至小鼠死亡或活杀。观察受8.0Gy照射小鼠的存活情况,检测受5.0Gy照射小鼠外周血白细胞计数(PWBC)、骨髓有核细胞数(BMC)及脾指数。结果8.0Gy照射后,受照各组小鼠平均存活时间均在10d之内。较正常对照组明显缩短(P〈0.01),给药组较单纯照射组延长3-4d(P〈0.01);5.0Gy照射后小鼠PWBC、BMC和脾指数均显著下降,给药组高于单纯照射组(P〈0.05),且恢复快,但给药各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论 DCWD能明显延长受照小鼠平均存活时间,提高其存活率,显著提高其PWBC、BMC和脾指数;DCWD对放射损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与促进骨髓造血功能恢复有关。Objective To study the effect of Dendrobium eandidum Wall. ex Lindl drop (DCWD) on hematopoiesis of irradiated mice. Methods One hundred and twenty-five BALB/C miee were divided into normal control group,irradiation-injured group and DCWD groups which were divided into three groups acoording to the dose of DCWD. Before whole-hody irradiation with 8.0 Gy or 5.0 Gy 6 mV X-ray, the BALB/C mice were supplied with once a day for 10 days. After being irradiated, these mice were continued to be given DCWD until they were died or putted to death. The survival condition of mice irradiated by 8.0 Gy X-ray was observed, and the peripheral white blood cells (PWBC) ,the hone marrow nucleated cells (BMC) and the spleen index in mice irradiated by 5.0 Gy X-ray were detected. Results The mean survival time of mice in each group irradiated by 8.0 Gy X-ray was 10 days or less than 10 days,significantly shorter than the normal control group (P〈 0.01). But the DCWD groups survived longer than irradiation-injured group for 3-4 days (P〈0.01);PWBC,BMC and the spleen index of mice irradiated by 5.0 Gy X-ray were deseended markedly, but they were higher in the DCWD groups than the irradiation-injured group (P〈0.05) ,and recuperated quickly, however, the difference had no statistical significance between DCWD groups. Conclusion DCWD can notablely prolong the mean survival time and improve the survival rate of irradiated mice,and remarkably increased their PWBC,BMC and the spleen index;DCWD has certain protective effect on radiation-injury,and its meehanisms may be related to promoting the recovery of hematopoiesis.
