摘 要:在普通功率电炉上采用两种不同类型的发泡剂,分别在熔氧期还原期进行泡沫渣冶炼。和一般氧气+碳粉共喷的泡沫渣工艺相比,本工艺可以用于冶炼各期。发泡剂的成分、颗粒大小、炉渣粘度和工艺操作的控制等,对快速形成稳定、持久性的泡沫渣是很重要的。由于泡沫渣埋弧,使电耗下降、炉衬寿命提高、冶炼时间减少、还原期炉渣脱氧剂消耗下降。应用本工艺,投资少、见效快、操作简单。The slag foaming smelting technology with two type foamers was experienced. As compared with the typical oxygen + powder carbon injection, this technology can be extended through the whole smelting process, The experiments show that composition and particle size of foaming agents, viscousity and basicity of the slag and control of the technical parameters are very important for the rapid formation of stable foaming slag. Because of arcs submerged by foamslag, less electric energy, lower slag deoxidizer consumption, longer life of lining and shorter heat time have been achieved. This technique requires less investment while gives quick returns.
