高频不锈钢异型焊管孔型设计

摘　　要：根据不锈钢的特点，探讨了孔型设计上的特点。根据钢带或钢管外边边长的变化规律，给出了新的钢带宽度计算公式。提出了钢管外边所围面积的变化反映了变形量及延伸量的新的孔型设计思想，从而导出了成型方矩形管所需圆管规格的简单计算公式。给出了异型管成型道次孔型设计方法及具体计算公式。According to the nature of stainless steel,the characteristics of the pass design used for high- frequency welded stainless steel shape tube is discussed. A new strip width calculation formula is given based on the study on the change of outer edge length.A new idea that the change of the area enclosed by the outer edge of tube may show the deformation degree is raised and based on the idea the new method of the pass design and the formula are given.
