摘 要:目的:研究芦荟对大鼠浅度烫伤创面愈合及表皮生长因子(EGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响。方法:建立大鼠浅度烫伤模型,制备芦荟凝胶。实验动物分两组:自然愈合组(对照组);芦荟凝胶组(试验组)。通过免疫组化染色及图像分析,测定伤后2、6、10、18、24d的创面愈合率及创面组织中EGF、bFGF的表达。结果:1创面愈合率:芦荟凝胶组在10、18、24d各时相点的创面愈合率较自然愈合组高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。尤以24d时相点更明显(P<0.01)。2EGF的表达:芦荟凝胶组总体的EGF表达量高于自然愈合组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。芦荟凝胶组伤后10、18d时EGF表达高于自然愈合组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。3bFGF的表达:芦荟凝胶组总体的bFGF表达量高于自然愈合组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。芦荟凝胶组伤后18、24d时bFGF表达高于自然愈合组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:芦荟凝胶外涂对大鼠浅度烫伤的愈合有促进作用,其机制可能与促进EGF、bFGF的表达有关。Objective :To study effect of aloe gel on the wound healing rate and the expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) of partial-thicknes, burn wound in rats. Methods: The rats models of partial-thickness burn wound (vesicular reaction) was established. With the normal healing group as the control group, aloe gel was used on the partial-thickness burn wound of rats in the experimental group. At the second, 6th, 10th, 18th, 24th day postinjury, the protein of EGF, bFGF were stained immunohisto chemistrically and anaslysised, the wound healing rate was measured also. Results:① The wound healing rate: The wound healing rate of experiment groups were signficantly higher than that of the control group at 10th day and 18th day (P〈0.05). At the 24th day postinjury,there is significant difference between the two groups (P〈0. 01) ②Expression of EGF:The total expression of EGF in experiment groups were signficently higher than that of control groups (P〈0. 05). So did at 10th day and 18th day. ③ Expression of bFGF:The total expression of bFGF experiment groups were signficantly higher than that of control groups. The significant differences were shown at 18th day and 24th day (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The aloe gel promoted partial thickness burn wound healing significantly. The expression of EGF, bFGF may be mechanism of accelerating the wounds healing.
