摘  要:用煤气供热的焙烧炉在敞焰加热的条件下,对三种内配碳矿料进行试验研究,得到金属化率与焙烧时间、料层厚度、炉膛温度等参数间的定量关系,对照INMETCO方法,揭示了焙烧时间、料层结构、球团尺寸、料层厚度、炉膛温度、内配碳量等对海绵铁金属化率的影响,指出了敞焰加热内配碳球团直接还原时获得高金属化率的条件。Experimental studies on direct reduction processes of three kinds of carboncontaining ore-made material were performed in open-fired atmosphere and three regression formulas were obtained. In comparison with the experimental results of INMETCO direct reduction process, the influence of heating time, pellet size, layer thickness,furnace temperature,and carbon content on metallization in sponge iron have been discussed.The requirements to obtain high metallization in direct reduction products in open-fired conditions are determined.
