摘  要:用THERMECMASTOR-7试验机模拟热连轧生产,研究终轧温度和轧后冷却工艺对含钛微合金钢性能的影响。用轧后立即快冷工艺时,快冷中止温度和卷取温度影响钢的沉淀强化组分,而对晶界强化组分无影响;终轧温度、轧后延迟快冷开始温度对钢的沉淀强化组分和晶界强化组分都有影响。给出了相应的强化组分定量估计公式。The hot-continuous rolling process has been simulated with THERMECMASTORZ type hot simulation experiment machine and the influence of finish rolling temperature and cooling technology after rolling on yield strength of steel with 0.079% C,0. 095% Si,0. 57% Mn,0. 012% P, 0. 020% S,0. 064% Ti and 0. 060% Cu has been researched. It has found that with the technology of immediate water cooling after rolling, the finish temperature of water cooling and coiling temperature have only the influence on the pecipitating strengthening component of steel. However the change of finish rolling temperature and the beginning temperature of late water cooling after rolling have the influence both on the pecipitating strengthening component and on the grain boundary strengthening component. The corresponding quantitative estimating formula has been put forward.
